New Client In-Take

Law Office of Joshua Y. Lee takes the time to listen to our clients.  We know our clients have families, responsibilities, and busy schedules.  That is why we’ve implemented the “In-Take” process.  You can fill out the information at your convenience 24/7.  Most law firms spend the first hour of a consultation just gathering basic background facts.  This way, we make the best productive use of our time actually talking about the problems that concern you.  We know you have questions.  We’ll get them answered.  *If you prefer, you may always send an email, use the contact-us form, or give us a call at 714-616-4466.  Once you fill out an In-Take form, a .pdf containing the info will be sent simultaneously to our email as well as your own.  In this regard, you will have a nicely organized summary of your case for your own records.  Give our office a couple of days to get back to you, especially if it’s a weekend.  If your matter is time sensitive, if there’s a statute of limitations issue, email or use the contact us form specifically stating that.  Remember statute of limitations is an issue with most cases and it is best to speak to an attorney sooner rather than later.  It is not helpful to delay in most instances. *notice:  Please fill out the forms below from a computer.  These forms do not work with mobile devices.  Thank you.

If you are an employee affected by meal and rest breaks, overtime, misclassification, independent contractor issues, if you think you may be a victim of workplace discrimination, retaliation, or wrongful termination please go ahead and click below.
