Joshua also assists small businesses with incorporation and LLC formation, contract drafting, review, and negotiating, and customized employee handbooks. Amy is an independent professional, trained, educated, and talented with all aspects of the personal injury process and client relationship management. While the attorney works on the legal battle, Amy walks clients through each and every step of the process, ensuring all of the paperwork is in order and all of the client’s questions get answered so the lawyer is able to do what he/she does best.
